"Learning a foreign language , and the culture that goes with it, is one of the most useful things we can do to broaden the empathy and imaginative sympathy and cultural outlook of children."

SHOW YOURSELF 😎

This is a fun way for reviewing vocab and much more. Make a list of words or  expressions that you’ve taught recently. For each word that you choose, you show  a card with “M, S, D” letters on. M stands for MIME, S for SPEAK and D for DRAW. Explain the game to the students. Divide them in two groups. A student from each group comes forward, you show the card and they mime, draw or speak and give the correct information to the other members of the group so that they can guess the word. You keep the score. You can use the activity for any levels and can adapt to grammar practice, too.
